I have placed order for Global Keratin Moisturizing Shampoo and GK Color Protection Moisturizing Conditioner, ***ml on Saturday **th July and order is delivered on **th july when I opened my package the shampoo and conditioner seal was broken seller opened the seal and matched with dummy cap now i don't know it's genuine/fake products regarding this I contacted Amazon customer service team on same day they told me issue raised wait * working days after * working days they denyed for replacement/refund for my order by giving silly reason based on investigation no refund/replacement for my order how can i trust the product which is seal opened I need replacement/refund Please do needful for my complaint
