Murugan MK filed complaint against Flipkart on Apr 22, 2022
I ordered Whirlpool * kg * Star, Hard Water wash Fully Automatic Top Load Grey (WM ROYAL PLUS *.* GREY *YMW) with star rating * (wifi enabled). When the technician came for the installation, we were told that the machine did not have wifi enabled option. This feature was charged extra Rs,***. Since we were told that the feature was not available and want return the product, Flipkart was simply holding and extending the solution and after a month they say that the return policy has ended.
If we ask more information from the customer support, they simply disconnect call with no proper information.
I was asked to pack the machine without using and after a month they simply avoid return.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
