Jehan Sabavala filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 14, 2022
Received a product from Myntra, it took us about * days open the parcel, when we did open it it was damaged, tried booking a return/replacement.
Someone shows up to the house and says this is not a pre approved return and he can’t accept it.
Spoke to their customer care multiple times and went back on forth with them.
Ultimately they claim that the product went through their internal quality check and was seen fit. Hence they cannot accept return, I find this quite unacceptable as anything can go wrong in this process. However they were adamant and kept declining my return.
Finally I took to Twitter and upload the pictures of the bad shoe that I received, someone again called up and accepted there was damage, however I have to raise return within * days of receiving the delivery, tried explaining that this was a gift for someone and unfortunately I don’t have the control over when they would open the parcel.
Have again been declined the complaint and non further escalation is in sight.
