Vishwa A Bhavsar filed complaint against Zara on Jun 18, 2018
I had placed an order on Zara.com on *.*.**** , under the name of Vishwa Bhavsar. The order number is *********. The order consisted of * items out of which * was a damaged product with stains on the sleeve. I had escalated a damaged product return request via zara customer care on *.*.**** and also mailed them the product images. It has been ** days and they do not care to reply. I demand my refund of Rs.**** on the product which is unused, unwashed & with original tags intact.
The product that is damaged and i wish to return & get a refund against is the Zara printed blazer with belt - Ref ****/***
