Orient Electric Limited - Received Damaged product from orient Electric

I purchased an Orient fan *** Blade ceiling electric fan from Flipkart on **th October ****. I have enclosed copies of my receipt and/or the warranty for your information. Since October the fan is faulty and is not working for which I have contacted orient support multiple times and the tech guy replaced the same part ** times with a delay of * months but the fan never worked and the team keeps delaying mentioning the part is in transit, it's ordered, etc. For the last * months, the fan is with the Surat branch team - not even at our office - Contact Number: +************. He never responds back and does not even return our calls anymore. It will be more than * months now and the fan never worked or installed and is faulty and I just asked for a simple replacement which has not been provided by you in * months and now I want my total order amount back along with compensation for my time. I don't even have the fan and only have the wings. The support guy took the fan to repair and exchange etc but never returned with the fan keeps delaying - not at all professional and no customer support at all. Not expected from a brand like an orient and I am so regretting my purchase now seeing your support for a fan that was delivered faulty.
