Orient Electric Limited - Faulty product with series of fraud while servicing

A year back i purchased an orient fan which after a month stopped working because of immense heating problem at that time i knew that product is faulty but the service guy came and just put oil which gave a temporary solution which will last only few days so again the same cycle repeated again delivery put oil and went away after *-* times in this year my fan i have never been able to use my fan even for a month recently after the orient serviceguy left after ** days my fan exploded the wings of fan were broken and after in the room the wings was flying almost went into my infant nephews eyes now i called orient stated all the things and demanded for the replacement the service people denied the replacement and said they will change motor and wings after charging me *** rupees i said okay they said they will come next day its been six days i have been calling the manager he is rude to me saying parts nahi aaya he jab aayega tab lagega but my fan is off i need it i dont have another fan
