Orient fan model aero slim bldc pro had wobbling issue and then stopped working.. I filed a complaint for service..
it’s been four days no one showed up yet
Tried their customer care got operators numbers but no one is giving proper response
Adding lies that they’ll visit tomorrow held my complaint for * days now
No assistance on what has to be done
horrible service for such premium product
