Flipkart - Received damaged item not approving return

I ordered F&D T***x sound system on *th december (Order ID - OD******************) , and recieved it on ** Dec , in a very bad condition, so i requested return with all the images , where it's clearly visible that i didn't even opened the package and still by seeing the condition of the package anyone can tell that it's not handled properly . And also i attached other images after opening the product. But return gets rejected more than * times citing same reason that images was not clear .
