I ordered one lotus face wash and one scrub on ** mar **** and i received it **th may **** but the scrub was damaged and facewash was duplicate as i tried to contact customer care they denied several time and finally after continuesly contact for * days they straight reject my complain and told me do whatever you want to do if you want file case then you can but in this we cant do anything for you..i want my full refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
