Dear Zomato Customer Support,

I am extremely disappointed with the recent order I received through your platform. The order was not completely prepared kr frozen the cake outer cream is melting not frozen property. The guest were coming and at the end moment you guys ruin my days . Shockingly, neither the restaurant nor the delivery partner has taken any responsibility for this unacceptable service.
And the actual image is different the one arrived.find the attached image. The are small small holes inner bread were visible . For video kindly find the rply mail attached video .
Let me be very clear – as a consumer, I am entitled under the Consumer Protection Act, **** to receive the product in proper and consumable condition. Failure to provide this falls under deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
I demand an immediate full refund to my original payment method without any delay. I will not accept credits or wallet balance adjustments, as the transaction was made through my bank account.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter further by filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and other legal forums, which may result in stricter action against Zomato and the concerned restaurant.
Kindly treat this as an urgent and final notice. I expect a confirmation of the refund initiation at the earliest.
Kindly find the attached invoices ,order details ,video proof !!
