I have ordered a Ray Ban Sunglass from Ajio, I have received the product with numerous scratches and dents. It seems like the quality is substandard and seems like a duplicate one. The tag attached is like some random printout and not original. Also the product comes with wipe cloth of some other company. Reached out to the customer care asking for return and they said the same can't be taken back. I need to have the amount refunded. Raised complaint with them and they are not responding for that as well.
