I received damage product and then I requested for return on February ** and then it showed my parcel will be picked up before ** Feb but it was not picked up. Later when I talked with customer care they told to wait till March * then march * and now march *

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
