I had ordered * trousers from myntra and out of them one product i received is completely different, they didn't provide open box delivery and in place of trouser i have got a cotton tshirt of different brand without any tag , without any bill. When i raised a complaint in their customer care team they came with an update that they will not accept return/replacement of this product because correct product was delivered from their side, when i asked them to submit me proof that correct product was delivered from their side they refused to provide me proof and they are not helping me any further. I am here for legal help because wrong product is delivered to me and they are not accepting their fault, i request you to take this case as high priority and help me in getting my refund.
