I had placed an order for Veg Tandoori Paneer Pizza but have received chicken pizza instead from Olivia, Mumbai. I am a pure vegetarian Jain and therefore it is against my religious sentiments. Also Durga Pooja has started today and i can't even explain how and what i am feeling. On complaint, i have received no feedback or resolution. Kindly do the needful and help as it is a very serious issue for me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
