I have ordered Mi Robot Vaccum from flipkart on ** jan the product was delivered to me on ** jan unfortunately the product was broken, Although it was open box delivery but my mother was not aware of that and she received the product without opening and it was broken I lodged a complaint on that day and raised multiple complaints and called them many times a day but till now no resolution is provided everytime they extend the resolution date. Even once I send them legal notice but no reply has been made. My order id is OD****************** and my complaint id's are IN********************, IN********************, IN********************, Return id ********************.
Now with multiple requests they have taken the product back and now no refund is initiated and they are saying that till now we have not received any product from you
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
