Jaxtakart.com - Received a worng battery
DURAI filed complaint against Jaxtakart.com on Nov 18, 2019
They have sent a Wrong battery which is not suitable for the phone. I called them and complaint about the issue. They have requested to send a photos of the phone and battery. two day later again they asked to send a video. No response from the support team. keep on dragging the issue. they used to say "within **hrs that specific support techie will talk to you."
