Flipkart - Received a Marble instead of an Iphone.

Its been * days now, since I received a package which is supposed to be an Iphone but inside it, there is a marble instead. Before I open the package, which was properly packed from the outside.....I find the package quite heavy, then at that instant I doubt it to be something else. The next step I did was, I open the outer cover....n inside I saw the box was already open/unseal.....Then I was confidently sure that there is something wrong. I open it, I saw a white marble fitly placed, which I cant take out even now. Immediately I called up Flipkar Customer care, they say they have raised a complaint, Which I feel relieved so. But then everyday ive been calling them and requesting for a call back, since they say that The ''Team'' will call me to resolve my issue, They never did. I never Get that Call....and they even mention the timing but I never received so.
This kind of a fraud and false assurance by the Company is creating a chaos in the mind of the customer. Its not some kind of a less amount that I have paid for. Despite of contacting them regularly, What has been Done....NOTHING. Shame on Flipkart for cheating their customers.
