I bought my Dell Inspiron **** Laptop On **-**-**** from a Dell Exclusive Stores,****A, Munusamy Salai, Bangaru Colony, KK Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu ******.
Its been hardly a single day I have used, but I found a major problem with the laptop.
I found a issue with the sub woofer and Processing the display, so I went and complained it to the store manager, who happened to change the laptop with another brand new one, while I checked that laptop speaker were working fine, all of a sudden after restarting my laptop, the subwoofer started to produce a crackling sound again and also the display got frozen for a second.
I played multiple videos to check to reaffirm that but still the same problem was persistent. I went again the next day to complaint to the Dell Store stating that "How could a laptop be inferiorly that it gives the problem within a day?"
He simply asked me to get in touch with Service Centre/Customer Care.
I tried resolving it through customer care, but they made it a false denial claiming that "This model doesn't support sub woofer".
But I can see the sub woofer exist at the bottom of my laptop, Also, while buying laptop, the store guy said the "the great thing about the laptop is the sub-woofer sound".
Neither Dealer/Service Centre/ Customer Care doesn't resolve the problem and guarantee me the same problem wont come in future. They just want to support the cheap built product.
