Asus - Received a Faulty Product

Last year in March I purchased a new ASUS F***ZD Laptop from Asus Retailer in Perambalur For Rs.*****. From the Date of Purchase, I have facing lots of problems with my laptop. Initially, I thought it was a Software issue. So that I Changed OS For the laptop More than ** times. But The Problem Doesn't Resolve. So I contact the Retailer He said it was an OS Problem it doesn't a Big Issue. Also, I try to contact Asus India to Resolve my Problem. In December **** The Trackpad of the laptop Stopped working. Also, I'm not able to turn on or turn off my Laptop. So that I contact a Local System Repairing Shop the shopowner said it was a motherboard problem. Asus Sell a Faulty Product to me and they try to Fool Indian. I request you to Took my Case as a serious matter and help me Get a New Laptop from Asus. Or help to get a refund (Rs.*****) from the company
