Hubert Raymond Rodrigues filed complaint against Airtel on May 6, 2023
I received a reward of disney hotstar subcription for * year on annual mobile recharge done in Dec ****. However, it shows expired in march **** which approx after * months. Upon checking the airtel thanks app it showed that a *month hotstar reward is expired but in the ongoing pack details it shows that the reward was supposed to for * year.
After a month of patience i reached the customer care who just raises a complaint and closes it the next day.
They dont even inform before/after closing the complaint.
They say that the * year subscriptions reaward is showing active from their end. But on my airtel app in phone it is expires.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
