I have using the POCO X* mobile for * years almost but due to Mi update, both the rear camera and touch of my mobile are dead. Poco accepted its mistake and is repairing all of customers mobile for free, but the back panel of my mobile was damaged for a long time, but they rejected my repair for this reason but I am assuring you that my mobile is damaged by OTA updates and my devices come under free repair. But they denied it without considering my problem
