Upstox - Reactivation of account

Hey I have demat account in upstox so recently due to some personal issue i was not able to trade and now i checked it was deactivated so i called them they had told share the neccesary documents for reactivation so i shared everything what ever they asked and then they told link will be given for verification through skype in **-** hours but its been ** - ** days i have not received any link from them then i asked please share the link for verification they are telling we have already sent the link please check. I checked clearly but i have not received it. if ask them they are just telling we have already shared it and they are least bothered to check with there team also just doing copy paste for mail if I ask. So I request you to please take my complaint and take action on them. for any details please call me i will help you with all the details you need.
