Cars24 - RC not transferred by

I sold my car to Cars** on *rd May ****. The vehicle was collected from my residence by their team, and I was assured that the RC transfer would be completed within the maximum time of *** days. Despite multiple follow-ups, the RC has not been transferred to date, which is well beyond the committed timeline. This delay poses a potential risk and liability to me as the original owner. Hence, I wanted to raise a complaint against Cars** for the mental torture and trauma I am going through everyday. While this has not caused me any financial loss but if this RC transfer doesn't happen then in future there is certainity that there will be losses due to legal issues. Kindly help me with this.
