RBL Super Card - RBL Supercard wrong membership charges

RBL Super card team reached out to me and was offered with Super card at free of cost. But after a month they have charged and ****rs /- and few other deffer charges as I was not able to reach out to them via call neither Email due to lockdown. I have visited RBL bank * times in the lockdown also, even the bank people are irresponsible with their statements.
I have been trying to reach out Supercard service team via email but not even a single mail reply was helpful.
