Suresh Varma filed complaint against RBL Super Card on Jun 26, 2019
My name is Momula Suresh Varma, i have been issued an RBL credit card (SuperCard) ending with ****. I am no longer interested to continue with this card, i have called the customer care and raised a cancellation request on **th May ****. I received a message on **st May and *rd June as THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ESTABLISH A CONTACT WITH YOU ON THE REGISTERED NUMBERS.
It seems that they are playing very cheap trick to trap the customer, they were able to reach me all the time on the same numbers for appointments before issuing the card and now they can reach me on any of the numbers. I am able to receive all the calls on my primary and secondary contact numbers, now i wonder how come they are not able to reach me. Even if the call was not connecting i have enabled miss call alert on my numbers to notify if someone calls don't get connected or not reachable. I get notified if there are any such missed calls but i have never received any such notification from these guys.
Let's say if that was a coincidence for the first time, i have then created another cancellation request on **th June ****, i talked to Shiva Putra and raised a ticket ******** and later talked to Laxmipathi about card cancellation, they have promised that the card would be canceled at any cost this time but to my surprise i received the same message (THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ESTABLISH A CONTACT WITH YOU ON THE REGISTERED NUMBERS) on Sun **rd and Mon **th. This is a really FRUSTRATING and very pathetic experience i have ever faced.
The unfortunate thing is they have sent the same message on **th June ****, irrespective of me sending mail to their supercard departement and regionalnodal address.

If the call doesn't get connected then do send a message to confirm the card cancellation through SMS.

Inspite of this there was no action taken, this is so disgusting and pathetic service anyone would expect from a reputed bank like RBL.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
