RBL Super Card - Credit card excess charges

I holding a credit card with RBL Bank. As I have charged **** from my account and when I spoke to one of their executives. She informed that within ** days it will get update and payment will be refunded and when I had a conversation with the customer care executive she informed that they'll only refund *** INR. Please do the needful.
