I have been threatened by your recovery agent ********** vipul stating if I don't pay my EMI for loan then he knows how to recover money from me, he also threatened me openly to visit my address and harass my parents and insult them to recover money.
This loan is already on moratorium till August as confirmed on recorded line by your customer care team but still the recovery agent kept on harassing me with back to back calls. Everyday I am getting * to * calls for same harassment n torture.
I was hospitalized for Corona positive and still not fully recovered but due to the mental pain and agony that I am going through because of RBL bank torture I am in a very bad health condition. My BP has gone high for which I have initiated process of seeking legal help to file a complaint with RBI and consumer court.
I have made multiple request on Twitter to RBL bank but got no response and support to fix the issue in last * days.
Please find attach the call recording for recovery agent threatening to recover money and harass me intentionally which I will also provide in the court of law.
I will seek compensation for all mental pain and agony I have gone through being a Covid patient for stress and harassment caused by RBL bank.
