RBL Credit card/ Supercard is deactivated from last one year, I am not using it.
Without my permission RBL upgrade my card and send a statement of charges of Rs. ****/- ???
What to do and where to complaint now?
I am calling at RBL land line numbers many times but its showing switched off or not available, after connected they cut the line twice in running communication.
