I have a refund ID - ************ which has not been dispatched from the company's end. I had converted this transaction into EMI, But was paying the same even after the vendor had dispatched refund. After consulting customer service and also visiting branches I didn't get a proper solution and now the company is asking me to pay the full amount for the refund they haven't dispatched
