Estimated fare was ***r upees
The fare reflected was *** rupees when reached the destination but the captain yelled in public and demanded to get the pay of rupees ***.
He said that I should charge * &*/* for this trip which was raccus..
This was not expected, such a bad service where there's no respect to the customer.
What kind of service it is?
The customer service is really horrible no sense of empathy no sense of responsibility and no mannerism.
