Hello this is uttam I had all the talk to rapido and there customer service I know it's not a big amount I'm just mad that this is how the company is treating there customers I would like to file a complaint against them so here is the story I book a auto to my house from the hospital I was in it showed on the app that it was **rs and while returning the captain took a longer path which lead to it going up to ***rs I was ok with that but the captain actually charged me ***rs for the ride so I talked to the customer service which was really bad it depressing as they wanted me to email them the receipt from my online transaction which I did but they responeded negativity for that I have both the email from them as well as there experts text on there app also the receipt so I would like to file a complaint against them
