My name is rakesh golla . i am from andhra . but due to my job process i staying at vadapalani from chennai . I ordered a food through online. basically ,i don't know tamil.
but i explained clearly that local boy along with door number.
and at last too late , delivery boy found my address.before i delivered,i clearly explained ****/- change required to delivery boy.
first he accepted , later he got the food lately delivered he uses rash words and manhandling try for me .
it is very very very worst service i have never seen in my life .so, i decided put a case file at that company and delivery boy.
delivery boy name - murugan .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
