Respected sir,
I am Bijoy Dhali. I am a new user of RBL credit card (Platinum LifeEasy SuperCard). When I saw the statement, R Shield insurance policy which amount is *****, has been added to it and the amount has been converted to EMI. I did not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also I did not get any documents regarding this policy. So please it is my humble request cancel this policy and refund the cash as soon as possible.
