Quikr - quikr fraud payment induced by impersonation misrepresentation refund refused ticket no 7649377871

I am filing this complaint against Quikr for fraudulent mis-selling, impersonation, and refusal to refund, despite clear evidence.
On * December ****, I received a call from a person identifying himself as Ashish from Quikr Support. He guided me to make a payment through a Quikr payment link, claiming it was an official Quikr service.
The payment was induced through false promises and misrepresentation, including:
" Guaranteed sale / assured buyers
" Verified customers and fraud blocking
" Quikr-managed transportation and pickup
" Backend activation of premium ads by support staff
" Addition of extra products to build trust
" Pressure to make immediate payment during the call
After payment, Quikr officially denied that any such services exist, clearly proving that the payment was obtained through deception and impersonation.
Despite sharing:
" Caller name and phone number
" Call transcripts and recordings
" Screenshots and payment proof
" Complete email trail (Ticket No: ************)
Quikr has repeatedly responded only with:
We dont have a refund policy
and irrelevant statements about prioritizing the pack for better lead flow.
This is not a normal refund request.
This is a case of fraudulent inducement, where internal refund policies do not apply under law.
