Quikr - QUIKR FRAUD PAID FOR PREMIUM SERVICE BUT NO LEADS RECEIVED

Prasad filed complaint against Quikr on Feb 16, 2021

I registered in the quikr app for Bridal Makeover business. Sathiya Seelan M (Emp ID ****) employee of Quikr called me and asked to join the premium service. So that he promised that we will get * leads per day. The service validity is for one year and can get leads from Ooty and Coimbatore. Hence, I joined on ** Feb **** by paying **** for Ooty and again *** for services in Coimbatore . But till now no leads received and when I tried calling his number, he is not picking up the call and also no response from him. I'm very much worried and become stressful and caused mental agony by investing the amount which I kept for my household expenses. I request your kindself to refund my amount Rs **** alongwith the penalty amount Rs ****, a total of Rs *****, for which act I will be grateful to you.
