I had an accident with my TATA TIAGO on **th November on the road from Anandapur, Keonjhar towards THAKURMUNDA, MAYURBHANJ, ODISHA
My steering stopped working towards the left I don't know why the break was working Though I was wearing the seatbelt, my speed was below ** and a bike hit me on the driverside then I hit a tree but the AIRBAG hasn’t opened still it was not safe without AIRBAG as you can see in the picture of the accident. I want an explanation about the technical issue as I had the regular vehicle service from the authorized dealer on **th October **** from Gugnani auto cars, Danagadi, Jajpur, Odisha. It’s a question of their regular service, how they are checking the vehicle's working condition. It’s a big question mark on Tata vehicle's security system.
This is a major issue with the safety features of this vehicle like power steering, ABS, EBD, AIRBAG, etc.
I used to travel with my family- my wife, my child, and my senior citizen parents. So how safe I am with my family? Give me an explanation for being a loyal consumer of TATA Motors.
I need to know because it was Life threatening act.
I need a Satisfactory favor.
