vakilsearch.com - Pvt Ltd company incorporation delayed by 2 months

We placed an order for pvt ltd company registration on **th May. My ticket id is *******. It's been * months now but still it is pending. The Vakilsearch team has been saying for the past * month that they have taken up the ticket on priority but nothing has been done to complete it. I understand there are issues with MCA portal and *-* weeks delay for the same is fine but so much delay from their side is not acceptable as it is impacting our business heavily and have suffered losses.
For the last * weeks, I have been asking their team to courier us our DSC and all the documents and we will get it from somewhere else but they are not ready for that. Basically, we are stuck without any choice. Our calls are not getting answered, and messages are not being responded and hence we had no option other than filing a complaint against their unprofessional act.
