I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vakilsearch, a legal services company, for their failure to fulfill their obligations under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with our company, Changing Cap Pvt Ltd.

On **th Aug ****, Changing Cap Pvt Ltd entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with Vakilsearch to perform all necessary annual maintenance tasks, including filing of AOC * and MGT * forms with the relevant government authorities. As per the terms of the contract, Vakilsearch was responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of these tasks.

However, despite repeated reminders and follow-ups from our end, Vakilsearch consistently failed to communicate effectively and promptly with us regarding the status of the filings. As a result of their negligence and delayed communication, our company incurred penalties imposed by the government authorities for late filing of AOC * and MGT * forms.

This breach of contract and negligence on the part of Vakilsearch has caused financial losses and damage to the reputation of Changing Cap Pvt Ltd. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue amicably, Vakilsearch has failed to take responsibility or offer any satisfactory resolution.

Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against Vakilsearch for their breach of contract and negligence. I also seek compensation for the financial losses incurred by Changing Cap Pvt Ltd due to Vakilsearch's actions.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of the contract between Changing Cap Pvt Ltd and Vakilsearch, as well as any relevant documentation supporting our complaint.
