Made payment to vakilsearch.com around end of January **** for a private company incorporation. Was promised incorporation in **-** days. Delayed more than ** days now due to poor response. They also entered the wrong email address on the Income Tax portal due to which we cant get ePAN card till we formally apply for an email change. Escalation did not help. Very poor service which has caused me financial loss as well since i couldnt invoice my client till the incorporation is completed. I still cant do it since i dont have a PAN card yet (because of the wrong email issue). Vakilsearch has to refund the payment and pay for compensatory damages.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
