Tickets and food & beverage purchase was done online with the booking ID - WMRCTSL.

The popcorn weight says *** gm in the online purchase ticket.
I was given a ** gm popcorn initially. (Receipt number *******) to which I complained and pointed out that the purchased size/portion is *** gm.
The person at the counter then printed a new receipt (Receipt number - *******) that specified ** gm popcorn weight. It is still less than the specified weighted quantity in the original purchase ticket which was *** gm.
I requested for the weighing machine to verify the quantity. The manager got a damaged machine which didn't work even after a few attempts.
Then another weighing scale was brought which did not have any calibration record. I requested for the calibration document of the weighing machine but the manager failed to provide any certificate that could verify the weighing scale was not calibrated.
Purchased online ticket and the receipts are attached.
