I am a PVR INOX Passport (Zone A) subscriber. Per the official Terms & Conditions, the program permits * movie tickets (Mon–Thu) after a maximum **-day blackout period for new releases.
The film Dhurandhar: The Revenge was released on March **, ****. The **-day blackout period officially expired on April *, ****. However, for a booking attempt on Monday, April *, **** (** days post-release), the PVR INOX application systematically blocks redemption with the error: "Your Passport Voucher is currently not valid for booking a ticket for this movie".
This issue is occurring across all major theaters in Bengaluru, which is a valid Zone A territory per the contract. Despite a formal email sent to their feedback team on April *th, no resolution has been provided. This is a clear case of Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practice, as the company is arbitrarily extending exclusions beyond their documented contractual limits
