On** April at**:**a.m I was purchasing pvr passport which was of RS. *** from its website. When I paid the price for it the amount deducted from my account but I didn't receive the passport confirmation. And still I didn't receive my money back that is rs ***.
Neither pvr passport nor my deducted amount I got.
I am complaining again and again but pvr is becoming so irresponsible here. they took my money and not providing service or also not refunding as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
