PURE EV - Pure EV scooter battery replacement

I purchased a Pure EV scooter (Epluto *g) just * months back. Now I am facing serous battery issue twice in nearly a month . After running for nearly ** kms the battery drains down to * from * points and suddenly stops. I had faced a lot of problem when it stopped in the mid way of the road.
I took my scooter to Kukatpally Pure EV service center . They verified the battery and confirmed that there is an issue with the battery. I asked them for a battery replacement. They just raised a ticket with ticket number S**********.
Since they raised the ticket, there is no response from the service center on the battery replacement. When ever I am calling them they are telling it will take ** days more for the process to take place.
I can not wait so many days without a vehicle when the issue is with Pure EV scooter battery and it is also in the warranty period. I want an immediate resolution of the issue and attaching the Scooter bill with this.
