I purchased a PURE EV lithium battery on **-**-**** for approximately Rs. **,***, and the battery is still under warranty. Recently, I started facing battery imbalance issues, sudden shutdown behavior, and voltage fluctuation warnings while riding.
The company support team has now asked me to install an MBF (Mini Batrics Faraday) device on a paid basis for Rs. *,***, stating that it is not covered under warranty. However, the warranty booklet provided during purchase does not mention any MBF exclusion or mandatory paid installation requirement.
I have already shared battery logs, screenshots, warranty details, and email communication with the company. I also raised complaint no. WQ***** and NCH grievance no. *******.
I request proper inspection, clarification regarding warranty coverage, and resolution of the battery issue without unfair additional charges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
