We have Purchased Pure EV Scooter on **-Feb -****, I have been very much frustrated with this company, i have done * services when i try doing *th service they have closed the company in Gundy and i found the replacement service center in medavakkam. by the time my bike is not moving only, its been month now am keep on reporting and asking to pick the bike and i have sent images also what its incating in display, seeing that service person said its motor is not working but they are not ready to come and pick the bike. Like this, they are dragging for each and everything and now they are telling me my *th service is been expired only we can do a motor replacement for that also we need to provide money for a pick up and drop.
i agreed with that also,
*) Motor failed within a year
*)Free service is not provided within a year
*) Pick up and drop charges they collecting from customer
