Kiran Babu Saginala filed complaint against EKART on Oct 14, 2021
I've ordered a product from flipkart and it got shipped via Ekart courier.
The product was received in damage condition. Ekart team had took back product for replacement. Later found it got cancelled.
While upon investigating found Ekart executive had did wrong entry in system which cancelled the order.
Please help me how to take action
