Ekart - Courier keep charging money for no reason may b fraud

The delivery guy asked delivery charges for four parcels, I paid, then he asked to pay in set of two and said that the previous amount will be refunded. I paid all the amount, and now he's asking for all the amount all at once. When I come down my apartment, there was no delivery guy.
