The ekart boy doesn’t come to deliver my product nor comes for pick ups. There are mostly *agents who get assigned for my products and they cancel it from there end. Previously they have misbehaved with me as well my mother as well as i asked him to deliver my product in my home, he refused to come cause he doesn’t want leave his bike n come . When i said him that its a door step delivery he argued with me. Multiple times the same issue has occurred. Now they both doesn’t come nor pick up. So they will work on their own right??? What about my loss and mental harresment? So as they are not cooperating i also can’t order products right?? I want a serious action to be taken against this two men asap and want my losses to recover
