Issue - I have purchased a new AC for parents (Mother age - **, Father age - **) , father is Kidney patient. The day AC was installed immediately after few hours AC stopped working. Compressor is working but AC bit working. Registered a complaint (Complaint no - ***********), service person visited and said motor not working, parts will arrive in ** + Days. Dealer said he don't have any responsibility, service guy said he don't know and not his responsibility. As a customer I am fool. Currently temperature is ** degree and my parents are suffering and after purchasing a new AC, it will be fixed in ** days then what is purpose of purchasing a new AC. Vendor and service centre is harassing ous by not replacing the new product and not listening. Parents will get ill in this heatwave.
