Voltas 1 5 stars inverter split Ac - Faulty Air conditioner

My name is Ashesh Navinchandra Parmar and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a faulty Voltas air conditioner that I purchased from your Vijay Sales store on VIP Road, Surat on April **, ****.

The model number of the air conditioner is Voltas *** DZZ(R**) and the serial number is *******. The invoice number for the purchase is SVI-E-SIRT***.

The air conditioner is not functioning properly. It is not cooling effectively and makes strange noises during startup and after running for approximately ** minutes.

This issue has been ongoing since May ****, and I have registered multiple complaints with both Vijay Sales and Voltas throughout this period. Unfortunately, the situation has not been resolved.

Here's a summary of my previous complaints:

Dates: Multiple dates throughout May - July **** (details attached)
Complaints: Reported the non-cooling issue and strange noises to both Vijay Sales and Voltas.
Responses:
Voltas technicians visited my residence, but instead of resolving the issue, they advised me to seek replacement from Vijay Sales.
Vijay Sales staff, upon my visit for replacement, suggested contacting Voltas for the same.
This constant back-and-forth between Vijay Sales and Voltas has wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. The faulty air conditioner is causing discomfort, especially during these months.

I have attached copies of my previous complaint records with this email for your reference. I am also including photographs/videos of the faulty air conditioner.

I expect a prompt and effective solution to this issue. I request a replacement with a new unit.
